Conversations with the AI Companion are not stored, logged, or shared with any third party. Each session is private — when you close the window, that conversation is gone. We don't build a profile of your symptoms, moods, or anything else you type or say to the app.
Payment processing is handled entirely by our checkout provider. We do not see or store your full card number or banking details — that information is processed securely by the payment provider directly.
We use trusted infrastructure providers (such as our AI technology provider and web hosting) to operate the app itself. These providers process data only as needed to make the app function and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.
You can request deletion of any information we hold about you (such as your purchase record) at any time by emailing us. Since we don't store conversation content, there's nothing further to delete on that front.
